"This Christmas, my partner and I will be driving down from London to Falmouth on Christmas Eve to celebrate with his family, but before that, we'll have our usual 'Christmas day in the City' together checking our the lights around Covent Garden, and spending time with my parents before we head off.
Once we're in Falmouth, I imagine Christmas day will involve a fair amount of festive indulgence - and likely an early morning (and very cold) dip into the sea to shake off the Christmas hangover! It's a family tradition there, after all, so there's no skipping it!

"I will be spending Christmas with my family in North Wales. They live in a mountainous area and not too far from the coast so there will be plenty of windswept walks.
On Christmas day, we all gather at my aunt’s house for a traditional Christmas lunch which will roll on into the early evening, we’ll then depart to eat more in front of a BBC ghost story.

"Christmas is all about family for me, so I’ll be travelling to Portugal, to my parents’ countryside house.
For the first time, last year, I felt like I wanted to create new and different memories for our Christmas holidays without betraying our traditional “home endless meals and games and giggles” and we went to my secret H2O Spa in the mountains on the 25th. We go there all the time, just never happened to be on Christmas day.
Despite my dad being a little contraindicated at first, we loved it! The blue sky, the sharp cold, the outdoors warm swimming pools in the mountain, it was magical. For the first time we were not tired after the celebrations ahaha!
