"I have just been skiing in Méribel, which is part of the Trois Vallées Ski area in France. I went skiing with friends, and we met up with the infamous David Lindsay, a highly qualified ski instructor who has full ski instructor qualifications from France, New Zealand, and the UK. His father, Peter Lindsay, established the Méribel ski resort in 1936.
We decided to hire him on for a few days to look at our ski technique. Even though we had all skied all our lives, skiing is a bit like gold or tennis, one never stops learning. So, having somebody look at our technique, and style for a few days, and take videos was great as he ironed out, and explained some of the bad habits we still had. To me, it’s one of the most wonderful sports, and as my mother was Austrian, it’s sort of in the blood.
The weather in early January was not ideal but I still brought along my Capra Glasses Case which perfectly fits my ski goggles. No matter the conditions, I always make sure to have glasses with me for protection."

"I will be heading to Morocco to enjoy some winter sun in February, to a place called Dakhla in the south. It is a renowned location for windsurfing enthusiasts, of which I am not, but I think I will take the opportunity to try it out for the first time!
As it is quite a remote area, I will be taking my Capra Travel Pouch to store cash and passports while I'm there. I like that it is big enough to fit these essentials but also compact enough to fit easily in my hand luggage."

"At the beginning of April, I’ll be heading to Valencia, Spain, for a long weekend to reunite with some of my childhood friends who now live there. The goal of the trip will be to indulge in as many tapas as possible and soak up the sun, a welcome change after the dark and chilly winter we’ve had in London.

"Whenever I travel early in the year, I normally go to places with a similar temperature to the UK, so it will be lovely to head somewhere a bit warmer for a change. This February, I'm off to Marrakech, recommended by Cassi who will also be in Morocco the week before me. It'll be my first time there and I'm looking forward to soaking up the culture and exploring the city.
